This week's kiddush is being hosted by the kiddush kitty.

This week's kiddush was prepared by Florence Levine and Sandy Vorensky.

Please make a special effort to join our MINYAN (DAILY SERVICE) every weekday morning in order to enable those who need to say Kaddish to continue saying it. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday services begin at 7:00 A.M. Mondays and Thursdays (including Torah readings) start at 6:45 A.M. On Rosh Hodesh, services will begin at 6:35 AM. All services conclude at 7:30 A.M. The Recovery Prayer (MI-SHEBEYRACH) and Memorial Prayer (EL-MALEH) are recited on Monday and Thursday mornings.

You may sponsor a Saturday afternoon Seudah Shlishit to celebrate a simcha or to honor a memory of a loved one. To schedule a date please contact Jayne Sklon at (732) 548-2238x12.

HOLIM LIST: Should you wish to include any person(s) names(s), please submit the English name as well as the correct Hebrew name to Steve Gross at readers@optonline.net. Each name will remain on the list for three months unless information is received to remove it or keep it on longer.

$36 Business Card Ads for our New Membership Directory! Our new Membership Directory will have a section available with business card ads. Simply send in your business card with a check made out to Neve Shalom, to the synagogue office marked for the Membership Committee.

The Shabbat Mincha minyan is in need of additional Torah readers. If you are an experienced reader you can sign up for your own reading or ask us for help choosing one. If you are a novice reader, Mincha is an informal and supportive environment in which to develop your skills. There are many short readings coming up in October and November for those who prefer shorter readings. For more information, or to sign up for a reading, please contact Michele Rosenfield atmr399@optonline.net.
